1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp, phone call, or email. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment confirmation is received. Roost & Rest reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.

2. Payment Policy

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining balance (if any) must be paid before or at the time of check-in.
• Payments once made are subject to the cancellation policy below.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard Check-in Time: As communicated at booking confirmation.
• Standard Check-out Time: As communicated at booking confirmation.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and treat the property with care. The person making the booking is responsible for all guests staying at the property.

• No illegal activities are permitted.
• No loud parties or disturbance to neighbors.
• Valid ID proof may be required at check-in.

5. Damages & Security

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, appliances, or fixtures during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking confirmation. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period and booking conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Roost & Rest is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents, injuries, or unforeseen circumstances during your stay. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions.

8. Changes to Terms

Roost & Rest reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
